Rules & Regulations To Obtain Hall Tickets Original /Duplicate:
1. A candidate is eligible to appear for the examination provided one must have made a complete exam fee payment.
2. The student must have the prescribed minimum attendance to attend the TNDTE Diploma semester exams.
3. The principal of the college is responsible to check the details of the hall ticket such as the affixation of the photograph etc.
4. A candidate shall be allowed to take the examination only if one has a valid hall ticket cross verified by the head of the institution.
5. A duplicate hall ticket is issued to the candidate in case it is lost, and the candidate must remit a penalty of INR 25.00 and the generated Demand Draft should be delivered to the Chairman’s office as proof of endorsement.
6. The principal of the college must personally identify the identity of the student and then deliver the duplicate hall ticket to the chairman’s office for verification further.
7. The duplicate hall ticket must be duly signed by the external additional chief superintendent of the center.
