TAF COP Portal: Recently, the Indian Telecommunication Department has launched a new portal called the TAF COP Consumer website to verify the Number of SIM Cards on their Name Online. The web portal of TAF COP will help the Subscribers to find the Number of SIM Cards on their Names. The Indian Telecommunication Department’s main Intention behind launching this web portal is to provide the status of the SIM Cards of the Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Rajasthan State Subscribers.

Currently, the Indian Telecom Dept TAF COP Portal is showing the Results of the Number of SIMs on the Subscriber’s name in AP and TS state locations. Very soon, the Department will active the TAFCOP Portal services across India. So, all other state Subscribers should wait a little time and verify the results. 

AP, TS TAF COP Consumer Portal:

In the Current days, Getting a New SIM card is not very hard from the available Networks. It is very easy to get more SIM Cards from Airtel, JIO, VI, etc networks. To Control fraud in India, the Telecom Department has released new guidelines while taking the new SIM Cards. The Aadhar Card eKYC and Fingerprint Verification is mandatory. 

Portal Services:

By Using the Telecom Analytics for Fraud Management and Consumer Protection (TAFCOP) Consumer Portal, the subscriber will get information about the number of connections they have.

1. All Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state subscribers who have more than 9 SIM Cards in their Name will get the SMS from the TAFCOP department.

2. The Subscribers of AP/ TS having more than 9 SIM cards linked with Aadhar Card should click Here to take immediate action.

3. The Subscribers who wish to track the status of the SIMs connected with the Aadhar Card should follow the steps listed below and Get Results.

Steps to Check Status of SIMS active on the Subscriber Name:

To Know the Number of active Connections on the Subscriber’s name, the users must follow the steps given here.

1st Step: First, the Subscribers should meet the TAFCOP Consumer Online portal https://tafcop.dgtelecom.gov.in/.

2nd Step: Once Subscribers enter the Correct web address, you will have to input the Active ten digits mobile number on the respective field and click the Get OTP Option.

3rd Step: In a little time, the Subscriber will get the OTP from the DOP to the given mobile number.

4th step: The Subscriber must enter the OTP and check the List of the Connections active on your Aadhar card on the Computer Screen by hitting the validate option.

5th Step: The Subscribers should look at the Mobile numbers listed on the Page carefully. If you are not using any of the Mobile numbers on the listed page, you need to report to the TAFCOP Board by yourself.

6th Step: To report the Fraud number, you should tick the “This is not my Number” Check box given on the left side of the TAFCOP page. If you do not find any more Unused mobile numbers on the list, you need to hit on the Not required option. 

7th Step: Finally, the Subscribers should click on the Report button.

Note: The Subscriber does not report if you have not found suspicious numbers in their name
